The Division of Lifelong Learning provides
high quality programming for the nontraditional student in continuing education,
off-campus programs and distance learning. Non-credit seminars and courses are regularly
scheduled both on and off campus. Leisure education, customized courses and programs for
business and industry, business consulting services, short-term workshops and the
Institute for Learning in Retirement are all integral parts of Lifelong Learning at
Slippery Rock University. Business, industry and customized training are an integral part of the mission of Slippery Rock University. We will work with companies in identifying their training needs and in providing customized training on-site or at one of our off-campus locations. Slippery Rock University is a WEDnet PA (Workforce and Economic Development Network of Pennsylvania) partner and we will assist companies in applying for Customized Training and On- Site Training to businesses. Minimum class size will vary. |
