Butler County Community College's (BCCC's) Business & Industry Training Division offers training to companies on a customized, contracted basis as well as a variety of programs that are offered on a scheduled (open enrollment) basis. Flexibility and innovation characterize the business and community education courses and programs offered by the College. Nearly 20,000 people of all ages are involved in continuing education programs and courses each year. Additionally, more than 2,000 students are enrolled in credit programs.

BCCC's Business & Industry Training Division provides training programs (courses, workshops, seminars, etc.) designed to meet employee training and educational needs in order to maximize employee effectiveness and productivity. Training may be arranged on a wide variety of topics. Training areas include, but are not limited to: computer skills, general education skills, technical & industrial training, safety training (such as OSHA, DOT, Hazmat), EMS training, and fire training programs. BCCC offers credit programs for Transfer, Arts & Education, Business, Health & Human Services, Nursing, and Technology.

BCCC provides customized training to companies and organizations. There is no minimum class size.

Training can be conducted at the company's facilities, at the College's main campus, and at the College's off-campus sites. Videoconferencing may also be arranged.
