 NwPACC is one of the two area labor management committees in the US that operate' a Taft- Hartley health benefit trust. NwPACC's primary mission is to promote labormanagement harmony in Northwest Pennsylvania. NwPACC currently has 80 members (unionized employers and labor unions) that represent about 34,000 employees and/union members.
