West Central Job Partnership (WCJP) is a 501(c)(3) Non-profit organization established in 1986 to serve the communities of Lawrence and Mercer Counties through the administration and operation of job training and workforce development programs. WCJP is the grant recipient for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds, Employment, Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) funds and numerous state, federal and privately funded grants. WCJP provides staff to the Workforce Development Board (WDB). This private sector led board of employers provides strategic leadership towards workforce initiatives within Lawrence and Mercer counties. Our administrative office is currently located in Sharon, PA with a major staffing presence in each of the PA CareerLink® centers in Lawrence and Mercer Counties.
