The Stevens Amendment is an appropriations provision that requires grantees of the Department of Labor (DOL), Health and Human Services (HHS), and Education to disclose for a grant program the percent of the costs financed with federal funds. The below funding levels are for Program Year 2022 – 2023, covering July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, as of August 31, 2022. Services provided by the PA CareerLink® Centers in Lawrence and Mercer counties, including Business Services, Career Services and Training Services, are 100% funded through the U.S. Department of Labor under the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA).

- The Digital Literacy Workforce Grant Program is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $45,000 with $0 (0%) in state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
- The Workforce Opportunities for Rural Communities Grant is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $1,412,737 with $0 (0%) in state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
- The Business Education Partnership Grant is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $150,000 with $0 (0%) in state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program is federally supported 100% by the U.S. Department of Human Services as part of an award totaling $357,700 with $0 (0%) state, local, and/or non-governmental funds.
- The Employment, Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) Program is supported by the U.S. Department of Labor as part of an award totaling $1,830,000 with $0 (0%) in state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
